Review: GEO Honey Wing Circle Lenses

Hello ^_^
I've recently received a package, what could it be? 8D
Okay, the title probably gave it away, I got circle lenses! This is the first time I'm trying circle lenses, and I'm very excited! I bought mine from PinkyParadise, an online store that sells mainly circle lenses and some beauty products as well.

If you want to buy circle lenses from them you can use the coupon code sparklychee

Well lets get started! :D

Package! It's nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and I ripped it open like a savaged animal. o.o But ya, pretty flower stamps. hehe

More Styrofoam wrap to keep contents nice and safe. :)
It also came with a cute piggy contact lens case.

This was my first pair of circle lenses so I didn't want anything too dramatic. I've researched online and found the GEO Honey Wing was very natural looking with just a bit enlargement.

These at most just lighten the iris by a barely noticeable bit, at least on dark brown eyes like mine it does not make much of a colour difference at all. Which was exactly what I was looking for; enlargement but not colour change. The inner ring is large enough to not cover any pupils, and the outer ring is very natural as well. These were so natural, that my friend did not even notice I was wearing any until she saw it way up close. xD

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these were! Well I do wear normal contact lenses on a daily basis, because I'm near sighted. :( So I guess I am used to the feeling of poking my eyeballs lol. But I would say they are almost as comfortable as normal contact lenses, and I would even forget I'm wearing them I could wear them for the whole day, but I try not to go over 8 hours. :]

The service from PinkyParadise was great as well, the shipping was fast and the price was reasonable.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who want very natural enlargement! I loved these, and it was a great first time experience. I only wear these occasionally, and I might try more dramatic contact lenses in the future.

Pros
  • Natural colour
  • Natural enlargement
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • May not be suitable for anyone wanting a different dramatic look.

Have you tried these circle lenses or want to? I would love to know!
As always, thanks for reading :D
See you next time!

  2. I've always wanted to try coloured contacts but because I'm short sighted (like you!) I was told by my optom that if I wanted to buy them I'd have to buy two pairs as my eyes aren't at the same level! Did you find that to be the case or did you just buy one of each? Or perhaps both your eyes are the same level so you bought only one pair?

    1. Both of my eyes are the same degree, but from the sites I have visited, most seem to give the option to select different degrees for left and right eye. :)
But that was for circle lenses, not too sure about normal colour changing contacts. o.o
